Welcome to Anahata Village

A heart-led community that opens and connects with the ‘Anahata’ (heart) chakra, fostering balance and alignment of the mind, body, heart and soul spirit. 

The purpose of this community is to explore practices that support personal growth and connection with our inner selves and the world around us.

These practices involve, but are not limited to:

• Pranayama (Breathwork)

• Yoga

• Journaling

• Mindfulness and meditation

• Energy balancing

• Oracle card reading

• Movement to release and receive energy

• Connecting to the divinity of mother earth and cosmic energy

And much more that naturally evolves.

Your intention to be fully present with an open heart, to offer ‘You’ and other women a loving, compassionate, kind, brave healing space

• Wear comfortable clothes

• Yoga mat/sheet

• Journal and pen

• Bring a crystal, a small stone from your garden or any small thing that is close to your heart to place in the circle altar (optional)

NZD $35 per circle (virtual)

If you are new to the circle and have any questions, please feel free to contact me and I will usually respond to you within 48 hours.

The circles are held once every month virtually.
